These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile application (the “App”). By using the App, you accept and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

– The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
– You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with other users, or violate applicable laws.
– You must be at least 13 years old (or legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the App.

2. User Accounts

Creating an account is required to access certain features. You are responsible for your login credentials and any activity under your account.

File Download Disclaimer

When using File Sharing, download and open shared files responsibly. Web Pros Meeting does not scan or guarantee the safety or contents of files stored by users. We recommend using up-to-date antivirus or anti-malware software before opening any downloaded file.

3. Content Disclaimer

The App provides access to literary works believed to be in the public domain. If any content appears to infringe on copyright, users may report it for review and potential removal.

4. Intellectual Property

– While the content (books) is public domain, the App’s design, layout, branding, and compiled collections are protected by intellectual property rights.
– You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any App component without written authorization.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:
– Reverse engineer or decompile the App
– Upload malicious code or engage in security exploits
– Circumvent access controls or content limits
– Use the App for commercial, abusive, or illegal purposes

6. Limitation of Liability

This App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:
– Data loss or damage from use of the App
– Service interruptions or technical issues
– Content errors or omissions

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for damages resulting from use of the App.

7. Changes to Terms or App

We may modify these Terms at any time and update the App accordingly. Continued use of the App implies acceptance of the latest version of the Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, unless local laws require otherwise. Legal disputes may be resolved in courts having appropriate jurisdiction in your country or region.

10. Billing

By placing your monthly recurring order of – you will be charged Now and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel your subscription. You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to your transaction and receipt after each successful transaction

10. Refunds And Cancellations

You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your online account and selecting the cancellation option, or by contacting Customer Support at support@webpros.biz.

Initial Membership Purchase

If you cancel your membership and request a refund within three (3) calendar days of your initial purchase, you will be eligible to receive a full refund of the initial membership fee.

After the three (3) calendar-day refund period has expired, the initial membership fee becomes non-refundable.

Recurring Monthly Membership Fees

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation will prevent future recurring charges.

If you request a refund within three (3) calendar days after a recurring monthly membership charge is processed, you may receive a refund of that month’s membership fee only.

After three (3) calendar days from the applicable monthly billing date, that month’s membership fee is non-refundable.

Refund Requests

To request an eligible refund, you must submit a written request by email to support@webpros.biz within the applicable three (3) calendar-day refund period. Please include your full name, username or Member ID, and the email address associated with your account.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that may not be waived under applicable law.

11. Affiliate Agreement

Webpros monthly membership fee is for access to the tools and training products and materials provided. All active members may also participate in the Webpros compensation program as outlined on the Pay Plan page of the website. Commissions are paid as outlined on the Pay Plan page of the website. All members understand BEFORE paying their membership fee that there are NO GUARANTEED EARNINGS. Members should not participate in Webpros under the expectation of earning income without referring new members. Neither Webpros, nor it’s members can guarantee “spillover” or earnings simply by becoming a member. Members should not participate in Webpros if they are not planning on using the products, Most members earn less money each month in the compensation program than they are paying to maintain their membership in Webpros. Although it is possible, Webpros members should NOT expect to make a profit simply by becoming a member as it is highly unlikely that will occur. Webpros cannot guarantee that members earn a profit by implementing the tools provided. No member should spend money that they cannot afford to lose to become a member and maintain their membership in Webpros. It is possible that you will NOT earn income as a member of Webpros. All members living in the United States are required to provide tax ID and/or their social security number should their commissions exceed $600 for any calendar year. Failing to do so may result in backup withholding or termination.
