– You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with other users, or violate applicable laws.<\/span>

– You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any App component without written authorization.<\/span><\/p>

– Reverse engineer or decompile the App<\/span>
– Upload malicious code or engage in security exploits<\/span>
– Circumvent access controls or content limits<\/span>
– Use the App for commercial, abusive, or illegal purposes<\/span><\/p>

6. Limitation of Liability<\/span><\/h3>

This App is provided \u201cas is\u201d without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:<\/span>
– Data loss or damage from use of the App<\/span>
– Service interruptions or technical issues<\/span>

10. Billing<\/h3>

By placing your monthly recurring order of – you will be charged Now and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel your subscription. You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to your transaction and receipt after each successful transaction<\/p>

10. Refunds And Cancellations<\/h3>

Users may cancel their membership at any time for any reason simply by logging into their online account and clicking on the User and Cancellation link to cancel their membership or by contacting customer support. You must cancel your membership within 3 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund. After you have been a member for 3 days, no refunds either partial or full are given. The same 3 day policy applies to the monthly membership payment. You can cancel your subscription within 3 days of the most recent charge and be eligible for a refund for that month\u2019s membership fee only. After 3 days, no refunds either partial or full are given. Refunds are only given if the 3 day eligibility requirement is met and if the refund is requested. To request a refund, send an email to support@webpros.biz including your username or ID number.<\/p>
