Vous pouvez annuler votre adh\u00e9sion \u00e0 tout moment en vous connectant \u00e0 votre compte en ligne et en s\u00e9lectionnant l'option d'annulation, ou en contactant le service client\u00e8le \u00e0 l'adresse support@webpros.biz.<\/p>

Achat initial d'adh\u00e9sion<\/p>

Si vous annulez votre adh\u00e9sion et demandez un remboursement dans les trois (3) jours calendaires suivant votre achat initial, vous aurez droit \u00e0 un remboursement int\u00e9gral des frais d'adh\u00e9sion initiaux.<\/p>

Apr\u00e8s l'expiration du d\u00e9lai de remboursement de trois (3) jours calendaires, les frais d'adh\u00e9sion initiaux ne sont plus remboursables.<\/p>

Frais d'adh\u00e9sion mensuels r\u00e9currents<\/p>

Vous pouvez annuler votre adh\u00e9sion \u00e0 tout moment. L'annulation emp\u00eachera les futurs frais r\u00e9currents.<\/p>

Si vous demandez un remboursement dans les trois (3) jours civils suivant le traitement des frais d'adh\u00e9sion mensuelle r\u00e9currente, vous pourriez recevoir un remboursement des frais d'adh\u00e9sion de ce mois seulement.<\/p>

Pass\u00e9s trois (3) jours calendaires \u00e0 compter de la date de facturation mensuelle applicable, les frais d'adh\u00e9sion de ce mois ne sont pas remboursables.<\/p>

Demandes de remboursement<\/p>

Pour demander un remboursement \u00e9ligible, vous devez soumettre une demande \u00e9crite par e-mail \u00e0 support@webpros.biz dans le d\u00e9lai de remboursement applicable de trois (3) jours calendaires. Veuillez inclure votre nom complet, votre nom d'utilisateur ou votre identifiant de membre, ainsi que l'adresse e-mail associ\u00e9e \u00e0 votre compte.<\/p>

Les remboursements approuv\u00e9s seront effectu\u00e9s sur le mode de paiement d'origine dans la mesure du possible.<\/p>
