Estos T\u00e9rminos y Condiciones (\u201cT\u00e9rminos\u201d) cubren las pol\u00edticas de reembolso y cancelaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>

1. Reembolsos y Cancelaciones<\/h3>

Los usuarios pueden cancelar su membres\u00eda en cualquier momento y por cualquier motivo simplemente ingresando a su cuenta en l\u00ednea y haciendo clic en el enlace de Usuario y Cancelaci\u00f3n para cancelar su membres\u00eda, o contactando a atenci\u00f3n al cliente. Debe cancelar su membres\u00eda dentro de los 3 d\u00edas posteriores a la compra para ser elegible para un reembolso. Despu\u00e9s de haber sido miembro por 3 d\u00edas, no se otorgan reembolsos, ni parciales ni completos. La misma pol\u00edtica de 3 d\u00edas se aplica al pago de la membres\u00eda mensual. Puede cancelar su suscripci\u00f3n dentro de los 3 d\u00edas posteriores al cargo m\u00e1s reciente y ser elegible para un reembolso solo de la cuota de membres\u00eda de ese mes. Despu\u00e9s de 3 d\u00edas, no se otorgan reembolsos, ni parciales ni completos. Los reembolsos solo se otorgan si se cumple el requisito de elegibilidad de 3 d\u00edas y si se solicita el reembolso. Para solicitar un reembolso, env\u00ede un correo electr\u00f3nico a support@webpros.biz incluido su nombre de usuario o n\u00famero de identificaci\u00f3n.<\/p>
