Estos T\u00e9rminos y Condiciones (\u201cT\u00e9rminos\u201d) cubren las pol\u00edticas de reembolso y cancelaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>

1. Reembolsos y Cancelaciones<\/h3>

Puedes cancelar tu membres\u00eda en cualquier momento iniciando sesi\u00f3n en tu cuenta en l\u00ednea y seleccionando la opci\u00f3n de cancelaci\u00f3n, o contactando a Atenci\u00f3n al Cliente en support@webpros.biz.<\/p>

Compra inicial de membres\u00eda<\/p>

Si cancelas tu membres\u00eda y solicitas un reembolso dentro de los tres (3) d\u00edas calendario de tu compra inicial, ser\u00e1s elegible para recibir un reembolso completo de la cuota de membres\u00eda inicial.<\/p>

Una vez expirado el per\u00edodo de reembolso de tres (3) d\u00edas calendario, la cuota de membres\u00eda inicial no ser\u00e1 reembolsable.<\/p>

Tarifas de Membres\u00eda Mensual Recurrente<\/p>

Puedes cancelar tu membres\u00eda en cualquier momento. La cancelaci\u00f3n evitar\u00e1 futuros cargos recurrentes.<\/p>

Si solicita un reembolso dentro de los tres (3) d\u00edas calendario posteriores a que se procese un cargo de membres\u00eda mensual recurrente, usted podr\u00e1 recibir el reembolso de la tarifa de membres\u00eda de ese mes solamente.<\/p>

Despu\u00e9s de tres (3) d\u00edas calendario a partir de la fecha de facturaci\u00f3n mensual aplicable, la cuota de membres\u00eda de ese mes no ser\u00e1 reembolsable.<\/p>

Solicitudes de reembolso<\/p>

Para solicitar un reembolso elegible, debe enviar una solicitud por escrito por correo electr\u00f3nico a support@webpros.biz dentro del per\u00edodo de reembolso aplicable de tres (3) d\u00edas calendario. Incluya su nombre completo, nombre de usuario o n\u00famero de miembro, y la direcci\u00f3n de correo electr\u00f3nico asociada a su cuenta.<\/p>

Los reembolsos aprobados se emitir\u00e1n al m\u00e9todo de pago original siempre que sea razonablemente posible.<\/p>

Nada en esta pol\u00edtica limita los derechos que no puedan ser renunciados de conformidad con la ley aplicable.<\/p>
